Welcome, and so glad to meet you! My name is Chantal Dupuis.

I am a proud mom of two gorgeous girls and the Other to a phenomenal life partner. 
I share myself with others through my passion for Yoga. 
Going through life I have struggled with anxiety, finding balance within, overwhelming emotions, and balancing my life situations. All of the things we as humans get to experience.


Being the best possible version of me, and wanting to fully experience life for all it has to offer has cultivated my desire to discover and practice healing for the mind, body, and spirit.

I took my studies at Heartwood Yoga Institute, where I completed my 200 and 300-hour training. I have certifications in Restorative, Yin Yoga, and Chair Yoga, and am currently teaching yoga as an RYT500 locally, at Yoga Bliss Studio. 

 

I am now studying Yoga Therapy, Neuroscience, Neurolinguistic Programming, Kundalini, and Meditation.


As a student of yoga myself, I am continuing to blossom and grow within my practice every day. Cultivating jewels along my path, always looking to enrich my life with all that yoga has to offer, in turn, evolving my practice. Bringing all the things I learn along the way to the wonderful students I interact with.
My path at this time has brought my focus to deeply connecting with inner self and healing from the inside out. Learning new ways to nurture my mind, body, and soul and sharing this magic with you. 
Learning from inspiring teachers, yoga experts, practitioners, and enthusiasts has given me the chance to share these lessons and experiences I've gained, with you, my students. An endlessly rewarding opportunity! The world of yoga offers all of us a unique chance to connect with ourselves. 
I am excited to meet you in your journey of yoga.
